Product advantages

1.The products from Taorong are E0 grade plywood, formaldehyde content E0≤0.5mg/L.

Meet the international standards (the emission of formaldehyde per liter of air does not exceed 0.5mg/L), the materials are healthy and environmentally friendly, harmless to human health, beneficial to the health of users.

2. Imported A grade solid wood material(beech, white ash, walnut birch) without waterline, moisture content of 8%-12%, the finished product is not easy to crack during use.

3.High rebound foam no deformation within 3 years, the sponge softness and hardness ratio can be adjusted according to customer requirements, and the flame retardant standard can also be American or British standards according to customer requirements.

4.YiChi has R & D team and production technical team more than 10 years of experience in front-line production. Under the common control of experienced R & D team and production team, the main frame structure is firm, the interior structure of the sofa is composed of pine solid wood and E0 grade plywood, plus springs and bandages. It is no exaggeration to say that in normal use, there will be no quality problems for 10 years.

5.Product size, color, fabric can be customized according to customer's different requirements,

We will provide the service of mailing color swatch and fabric sample, convenient customer comparison and confirmation.

6.Yichi promises, all YiChi products, from the date of shipment, under normal use the main structure warranty period is 3 years. If there are structural problems within 3 years,we will re-create new products for free.

3.After the project contract is signed and the advance payment is received, our technical department will provide the production technical drawings after the project is deepened, and the deepened technical drawings will be sent to the customer for confirmation before the production, and the production will be arranged in the workshop after it is correct.

4.we have strict quality control in each process of production, like the size of the product, painting, compare the product color with the approved color sample when the painting finished, and the check the fabric. We proceed to the next production step until all the details without any problem. We will follow up production schedule in real time and send test report to customer.

5.Provide technical masters on-site installation services. The technical masters are familiar with the installation process of each product, and can quickly and efficiently complete the furniture placement and installation on-site according to the on-site environment.

  • 2010
    Factory was founded , Named “ TaoRong Furniture”Size: 3000sqm Employes: 15
  • 2012
    New journey. Due to business needs, the factory moved to Fengxian District, Shanghai, with an area of 8000 square meters and more than 80 employees.
  • 2014
    Combination of chinese and western. Cooperating with the designer Ms. Pernilla R. Holmen from Norway makes the prefect integration of design and product demands.
  • 2015
    Win-win co-operation.we cooperate with Hilton ,Marriott ,Crown Plaze and Grand tower hotel etc. Monthly production capacity can reach 12-16 40f containers.
  • 2017
    Entablished a new manufacturing base.In order to implement the national environmental protection policy, meet the company’s rapidly developing production needs, and the company’s long-term development plan , the factory moved to Nantong city, Jiangsu Province, with an area of 13000 sqm and more than 120 employes. In the same year ,a branch named “Shanghai YiChi”set up in Shanghai. Responsible for the design, sale, and export.

    Municipal leaders come to guide the work in the factory.Our factory passed the most strict Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in china, Also successfully passed fire and safety inspection, ensures the stability of production. And got the affirmation and highly appreciation from municipal leaders when they visit.

  • John Xu(G.M)

    John was born in the woodworking family and his great-grandfather, grandfather and father are all very famous carpenters in his hometown. The quality of their furnitures has received popular recognition and their characters are also praised by local people. Influenced by family environment, John sincerely praised: wood is the most human material when the useless tree roots became a living animal carved by his father’s hands. 

    Now John Xu  is better than his predecessors. He has 8  years experience of custom-made furniture manufacturing and the experience as a technical director in a furniture company with more than 500 employees over 4 years and  the director of quality management  for 2 years. In 2010, he founded Tao Rong Furniture. John likes to challenge himself. Whatever the customers propose, he will try his best to meet their requirements.(You just ask, we'll design & make it)

  • Annie Zhu

    Annie, graduated from International Business English major, has been engaged in the furniture industry since graduation due to her interest in furniture. From now on, she has 16 years of furniture experience and once worked in logistics, sales, business negotiations, quality control, QC and after-sales service one-stop service;

    Annie loves self-learning and challenges:

    ****In 2004, she learned Japanese by herself and could communicate with Japanese clients in spoken and written. She learn the values of rigorous, pragmatic and honesty from Japanese clients with over 10 years working experience with them and keep these in mind in her work and life.

    ****In 2006, through several negotiations, she successfully bid for USA Atlanta W hotel furniture projects(400 rooms and public area) and developed and managed dozens of hotel projects (Hilton Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Hampton, Holiday Inn......) after several years. Through the management of the entire hotel project, she trained a young, pragmatic and confident project team and accumulated rich operational experience.

    ****She began to train and lead the foreign trade team in 2016. The number of foreign trade team members expanded to 8 to make the company's export performance continued to grow; 

    ****And she know the importance of  law for a company to operate and develop. In 2018, she studied law in the East China University of Political Science and Law and graduated from it.

    ****At the same time, to increase the beauty of furniture design and give clients more constructive suggestions, she began to learn soft design.

    Annie is very strict with herself and the team. For the company stable and healthy development and to make customers more assured and worry-free, she require herself and her partners to constantly self-learning, self-breakthrough, reputation first and focus on details.

    Ms. Pernilla who from Oslo,Norway , has 15 years design experience in the soft-fitting.

    She is very optimistic and always keep positive attitude towards life. We can find it in the products she designed and the color she matched which always give people a very comfortable and decompressive experience.  

    Her design idea is “Design your own space, show your personality and make each furniture unique”.

    We can feel her optimistic personality and positive attitude towards life in the products she designed and the colours she matched.
